Puberty can be a confusing time, especially for children with disabilities.

Join Family Matters Information Specialist Abbi Mars for information and strategies to help you navigate puberty with your loved one.

Abbi will cover topics including:

• Key strategies for educating individuals with an intellectual disability about the changes that come with puberty
• Resources for learning more about puberty and sexuality
• Tips for how to talk about and promote understanding around puberty-related changes
