A free digital safety webinar for parents, educators and community members on new trends and keeping children safe on social media

The Illinois Attorney General’s Office, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is hosting “Maintaining a Safe Online Environment” via Zoom on Oct. 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The Internet Crimes Against Children task force educates students, parents and educators on ways to stay safe and avoid online risks.

This webinar will focus on technology in the household. Topics will include:

• Establishing boundaries
• Ongoing maintenance of your child’s online accounts
• Recommendations for parental monitoring
