Hear to Learn is hosting the webinar, “How to make reading time a meaningful moment with your child,” on March 27 at 12:30 p.m.
The webinar will give examples of how to use each strategy within a book and how to adapt these strategies for different age groups.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Review the importance of literacy for children who are deaf and hard of hearing.
- Use Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) strategies during story time.
- Adapt the LSL strategies based on different age groups.
- Learn how to select a good book.
