Mental Health America (MHA) will host a live webinar on “Hidden Struggles: Addressing Mental Health Stigma in Rural Areas” on Aug. 20 from 1 to 2 p.m.
Nearly one in five adults in the United States experience a mental health condition within any given year. A variety of barriers often keep people in rural areas from seeking and receiving treatment.
Learn about mental health myths and misconceptions in rural communities with speakers:
