This free webinar will help parents and guardians better identify, recognize and respond to online aggression or cyberbullying
Join the Illinois Attorney General’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for “Helping My Child Navigate Online Aggression” on Oct. 28 from 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Examine online aggression (cyberbullying) among today’s youth as it relates to the victim and the perpetrator.
Attendees will learn about:
- The impact of cyberbullying on children
- Various facts about cyberbullying
- How to detect if a child is being victimized or victimizing others
- Ways to report cyberbullying
The presentation will also cover additional resources and recommendations for responding to online incidents.
Parents/guardians should leave this session feeling empowered to teach their children how to appropriately respond to online incidents.
