Join the Family Resource Center on Disabilities (FRCD) for “Evaluation: What Parents Should Know to Get Started” on March 9 from 10 to 12 p.m.

This free webinar will focus on the evaluation, one of the first phases to getting an Individualized Education Program (IEP) for your child.

This webinar will cover the purposes of evaluations as well as:

  • How and when to request an evaluation
  • The parents’/guardians’ role in the evaluation process
  • Your child’s rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
  • The Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)
