Webinar – “Educational Advocacy Workshop”

A free workshop to empower parents and caregivers to be their child’s best advocate.

Options & Advocacy for McHenry County is hosting a six-week “Educational Advocacy Workshop” that begins on Sept. 14 and runs through Oct. 19. Sessions are held each Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

This workshop aims to equip participants with the tips, tools and information needed for the school year ahead.

Each week will cover topics that will help you better understand the special education process and terms and empower you to be your child’s best advocate.
