The Chicago Autism Network is hosting “A Rapid Method of Toilet Training Children with Autism” on Feb. 21 from 7 to 8 p.m.
Do you need some help toilet training your child with autism?
Join the director of outreach for The Place for Children with Autism, Dr. Carly Lapin, Ph.D., BCBA-D. Lapin will explain a rapid method of toilet training children with autism. Participants will gain an understanding of the process through:
- Video models
- Specific, step-by-step instructions
- Tips for preparing to conduct the intervention
Lapin obtained her Ph.D. in behavior analysis. She has researched toilet training and autism using the specific method that she will discuss at the workshop.
