Free, virtual training for anyone interested in learning about the types and impact of toxic stress and ways to identify and implement strategies to improve overall wellness and resilience
Dr. Matt Buckman is hosting this free training to help participants increase their knowledge of toxic stress, adverse childhood experiences and traumatic stress.
Participants will also learn about:
- Three strategies to improve overall wellness and resilience
- Increasing motivation to practice personal self-wellness
- Spreading wellness to others
