Virtual – The Arc of Illinois’ 12th Annual Informational Seminar
A virtual conference covering planning, policies and more for individuals with disabilities, their families and providers
Join The Arc of Illinois’ Family Support Network and the Ligas Advocate Program on Zoom for the 12th Annual Informational Seminar on March 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The conference will cover a wide range of topics and program updates on planning for the future, trusts, benefits and more.
Presentations will include:
- An update on policies and accomplishments at the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities
- Information on guardianship, alternatives and planning for the future
- The pooled special needs trust and its benefits for families
- A family’s perspective on navigating the developmental disability system
- A fun question-and-answer time featuring prizes
