Virtual SAILS Program – Supporting Adolescents With Independent Life Skills

The Transition to Adult Care Team at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is hosting a virtual summer SAILS (Supporting Adolescents With Independent Life Skills) program.

This webinar on Sept. 8 from 6 to 7 p.m. concludes the series of educational sessions on a variety of Transition to Adult Care topics.

This session is a panel presentation of young adults.

The SAILS session will be virtual using Microsoft Teams. A call-in option is also available.
