Virtual Moms Retreat

A free day of rejuvenation, connection and information for moms and female caregivers of children with special needs

Illinois STAR NET is hosting a free virtual retreat for moms on March 20 via Zoom.

The event is for Illinois moms, grandmothers, foster moms and caregivers of children with special needs.

The retreat will include free workshops during the day and an evening chat to connect with each other.

The workshops begin at 10 a.m. The schedule includes:

• 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. – “Following Your Dreams While Raising Your Child with Special Needs”
• 2 to 4 p.m. – “Self-Empowerment: Healing, Reflecting and Movement”
• 7 to 9 p.m. – Evening Chat
