A free, virtual camp to empower middle school girls with disabilities in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

Participate in engineering projects and see the magic in science with fun experiments at PACER Center’s EX.I.T.E. Camp from July 21 to Aug. 4. The camp will be held virtually through Zoom.

EX.I.T.E Camp empowers middle school girls with disabilities to explore STEM in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for hands-on learning. It’s also a great place to meet new friends and create lasting memories.

Local industry professionals share their talents, resources, and insight to inspire middle school girls (students entering sixth through ninth grades in the fall) in the areas of coding, project management, product design, material sciences, chemical science, engineering and architecture.

Campers will also hear from a guest speaker each day who will share their expertise on a wide range of topics including meteorology, animal science, engineering and patents.

For more information or with questions about this program, please contact Kayla Devorak at (952) 838-9000 or kayla.devorak@pacer.org.

Camp is free. The application deadline is May 27.
