Virtual Explore Your Future Session II
A free, five-day summer program for college-bound deaf and hard-of-hearing high school students.
The Rochester Institute of Technology is offering a Virtual Explore Your Future (EYF) summer program at no cost this summer. All deaf and hard-of-hearing high school sophomores and juniors are encouraged to apply.
The second session is scheduled for July 19-23.
At EYF, participants will:
- Gain hands-on experience in a variety of career areas, including art, business, computer science, engineering, health sciences, information technology, and science
- Learn more about what your interests are as you look toward a career
- Make new friends from all over the country
- Have fun
EYF activities expose participants to careers in:
- Arts
- Business
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Health Sciences
- Information Technology
- Science
Participants will also work with career counselors and faculty in online group settings to determine their interests and learning styles, develop decision-making skills and more.
