Virtual – Creative Healing for Youth in Pain Summer Camp Session 2
Free virtual summer camp offering a diverse array of creative workshops and healing techniques for youth ages 13 to 18 living with chronic pain
Creative Healing for Youth in Pain’s (CHYP) “Virtual Summer Camp -Week 2” will run July 15 to 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The camp offers a safe and supportive environment where campers can focus on building friendships and exploring artistic activities and creative healing techniques. Camp counselors understand the challenges associated with chronic pain and will provide support to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Campers will enjoy engaging icebreaker activities and workshops in:
- Art
- Poetry
- Performance art
- Sun printing
- Meditation
The final day of each session will focus on:
- Showcasing campers’ artistic projects
- Receiving support and encouragement
- Creating connections with fellow campers who understand and share similar journeys
CYHP Virtual Summer Camp is for youth ages 13 to 18 who are living with chronic pain.
