The Illinois Respite Coalition is hosting a virtual Conversation with Caregivers on “Excess Baggage Not Allowed.”

This free event will be on Zoom at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 17.

Speaker Janet Butler of Alpha Missionary Baptist Church in Bolingbrook will lead a conversation on the importance of letting go of the excess emotional baggage that weighs you down.
