Virtual American Sign Language Class for Families With Children Who Are Deaf and Hard of Hearing

A virtual opportunity for family members of children and youth who are deaf and hard of hearing to learn American Sign Language (ASL)

The Chicago Park District Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs is hosting an eight-week family ASL class. Thursday evening classes will take place online between Jan. 11 and Feb. 29 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Learn ASL in the convenience of your home!

The class is for parents of children of all ages – infants up through high school. Families with children with all types of hearing loss are welcome to attend. All classes will be online.

The cost is $5 per family.
