Eight full-week sessions to help bridge the summer learning loss gap.

United Cerebral Palsy’s Learning Without Limits Day Camp offers eight full-week sessions starting on June 18 and ending Aug. 10.  Camp hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with drop off no earlier than 8 a.m. and pick up no later than 4:30 p.m.

The camp’s main goal is to bridge the summer learning loss gap, especially in the fields of math and reading.  Activities will include outdoor physical activity, as weather permits, and learning ways to read and do math in practical lifelong settings. The camp aims to teach campers skills that they can use forever. Campers will also go on many field trips all around central Illinois.

Volunteers assist the campers in daily living activities, learning, and act as buddies while on field trips in the community and during other fun activities.

The cost of camp is based on a sliding scale that is dependent on household income.
