A free transition fair to help students with disabilities and their families plan for future success

The East Central Illinois Transition Planning Committee and Lake Land College have teamed up for “Your Link to Student Success” on March 14 from 6 to 8 p.m.

The event is open to students receiving services through an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan and their families.

Coordinator of Student Accommodations Amber Niebrugge and other panelists will discuss:

  • Financial assistance
  • Work readiness
  • Transfer programs and college accommodations
  • Accuplacer assessments
  • Adult service providers
