A free transition event for youth ages 14 and up with disabilities
Save the date for Service, Inc. of Illinois’ “Transition Fair” on Sept. 14 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The event is at Service, Inc. of Illinois, 3482 Pyramid Drive, in Rockford.
The Transition Fair is for people with disabilities ages 14 and above.
The event will feature information and an opportunity to ask questions about:
- PUNS enrollment
- Vocational opportunities
- Various service providers
