The Parent Place of Springfield First Annual Halloween Parade

The Parent Place of Springfield is a local not-for-profit teaching positive parenting to nurture families and prevent child abuse and neglect in the community. Its First Annual Halloween Parade will feature community partners, child care providers and local Springfield resources. Contest for Best Parade Entries: $200 for first place, $100 for second place and $100 for not-for-profit winner.
