A free, virtual transition to adulthood training series for Illinois parents/caregivers of youth with autism autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ages 14 to 22

Join The Autism Program of Illinois (TAP) for the next Advocating for Supports to Improve Service Transitions (ASSIST) virtual training program “Special Needs Trust (SNT) & ABLE Account” on April 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. Classes meet via Zoom on Mondays at 6 p.m.

Transitioning from school-based to adult service systems is challenging for many families of youth on the autism spectrum. The TAP ASSIST webinar series aims to give caregivers information, understanding and the tools for navigating their journey.

Oak Wealth Advisors LLC founder Mike Walther will provide information on different options for preserving your child’s benefits while building financial independence and security.
