Supported Employment Action Team Summit in Lisle/Naperville
The summit’s goal is to engage and organize individuals with disabilities and their allies to target key policy areas to improve access to supported employment.
Summit participants will:
- Learn about the Supported Employment Action Team (SEAT) Project.
- Discuss the findings from the SEAT listening sessions and surveys.
- Listen to the directors of the Division of Developmental Disabilities and Rehabilitation Services and Special Education.
- Strategize about policy change priorities
- Respond to a call to action
For those unable to travel to Lisle, there will be two other locations with webcasts and facilitated discussion at Illinois Assistive Technology Program in Springfield and IMPACT in Alton.
