A week of virtual summer camp at Shedd Aquarium for campers in grades K-2 or 3-5

Join Wellington the penguin and dive into the world of aquatic animals with Summer Splash Camp: Stay Home Edition.

This week of virtual summer camp will transport your camper to Shedd Aquarium, where they will explore the impressive world of aquatic animals and uncover the adaptations that will make them say “wow!”

Campers will meet animals up-close, explore Shedd Aquarium habitats and participate in hands-on activities, games, crafts, and more.

Campers must be entering grades K-2 or 3-5 in the fall of 2020 to be eligible to participate. A five-day camp is available Monday through Friday or three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Sessions for grades K-2 will take placed from 9 a.m. to noon. Sessions for grades 3-5 will take place from 1 to 4 p.m.

Sessions are held on the following weeks. Camp topics are the same each week:

  • Session 1: June 15-19
  • Session 2: June 22-26
  • Session 3: June 29-July 3
  • Session 4: July 6-10
  • Session 5: July 13-17
  • Session 6: July 20-24
  • Session 7: July 27-31

Registration ends at 5 p.m. on the Saturday before each session of camp.
