Sports Camp at Illinois School for the Deaf

Sports Camp for fifth- through eighth-grade students who are deaf or hard of hearing from June 17-22.

This camp will provide students who are deaf or hard of hearing the opportunity to improve communication and socialization skills and practice good sportsmanship while improving their skills in various games and activities.

A new sport or game will be introduced each day. Campers will spend the mornings and afternoons receiving specific skill instruction and participating in the activity of the day. Various recreational activities will be offered during the evenings. An awards program will be held on June 22 beginning at 1 p.m.

The deadline to apply is May 18.
