Special Needs Social Club’s Spring Social in Springfield
A community event for children with disabilities ages 5 to 21 to cultivate friendships, foster peer relationships and work to develop and support social skills
The Special Needs Social Club (SNSC), a community effort sponsored by Springfield Public Schools and Springfield Park District, is hosting a Spring Social on April 27 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
The event is at Erin’s Pavillion, 4965 S. Second St., in Springfield.
SNSC invites children ages 5 to 21 to come and cultivate friendships, foster peer relationships and work to develop and support social skills. The Spring Social will include:
- A light dinner
- Socialization and spring-themed activities
- A presentation on wearable technology for the home and classroom
