Sharon’s Run, Walk for Epilepsy in Sauget
A community event spreading awareness and making a difference for people living with epilepsy
Join the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Southern Illinois at the 2023 Sharon’s Run, Walk event on Sept. 9 from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
This family-friendly event features a 5K run and 1-mile walk. It’s also an opportunity to have fun while learning about and supporting over 25,000 southern Illinoisans living with epilepsy.
Individuals and teams are encouraged to participate. Activities will include:
- Face painting, balloon animals and games
- An obstacle course
- Music
- Playing ball on the Grizzlies’ field and more
The entry fee per person is (see the brochure for team details):
- $25 for individuals 13 and older
- $15 for children (12 or under), seniors (62 and over) or adults with disabilities
