Sensory-Friendly Playtime at KidsWork Children’s Museum of New Lenox

Monthly playtime in a quieter, sensory-friendly environment for children with sensory and developmental needs

KidsWork Children’s Museum of New Lenox will host “Sensory-Friendly Playtime” on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 8 to 9 a.m.

Sensory Friendly Playtime provides an hour for children with sensory or developmental needs to enjoy the museum in a more comfortable and accommodating environment. The museum will dim the lights and limit attendance.

The museum provides a variety of programs and help to plan your visit.
