Red Kite: Acting & Movement Workshop in Chicago
A lively theatre workshop designed for young people ages 8 to 15 on the autism spectrum
Join the Chicago Children’s Theatre for the Red Kite Acting and Movement Workshop that will run Oct. 12 – 26 from 5 to 6 p.m. The workshop consists of three Wednesday evening sessions.
The class will be at the Chicago Children’s Theater, 100 S. Racine Ave., in Chicago.
This workshop is designed for youth with autism ages 8 to 15. It focuses on acting, movement and dance.
Activities will include ensemble-building and movement-based theatre games that will help build confidence in expressing your creative side while practicing social-emotional skills. In the final workshop, participants will share some favorite parts of the classes with families.
