Canceled – Planning for Success Special Education Conference in DeKalb

Special education youth conference for new parents and families of individuals with disabilities.

Planning for Success is a special education youth conference offering three tracks: Early Childhood, Secondary Childhood and Resources. Each track includes sessions on goals and objectives, education and resources relative to the child’s needs. Parents and families will have the opportunity to learn from keynote speaker, Dr. Dan Griffith, a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in psychological, developmental and educational assessment and intervention with children, parent-child relations and parental effectiveness training, research design and implementation and program evaluation.

Planning for Success is Sept. 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in DeKalb.
