Parent University in Riverton

One-night event to connect parents with information and resources.

Parent University is scheduled for March 29 at Riverton High School.

Vendors will present on a variety of topics, from meal planning on a budget to building strong connections with your kids and resources for special needs. UIC Division of Specialized Care for Children staff will be there to explain how our free care coordination can support children with special healthcare needs and their families and help them achieve their full potential.

The event includes free babysitting and entertainment for kids, including bounce houses and a big screen movie, and a chance to win gift cards and other incentives.
