Options Fair 2022 – Resources for Cook and Lake Counties
A transition fair for high school and transition students with disabilities and their families to connect with essential resources for future planning
The Options Fair Committee is hosting the Options Fair 2022 on April 21 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
The event will be held at Mundelein High School, 1350 W. Hawley St., in Mundelein.
Options Fair 2022 is a transition fair for high school and transition students with disabilities and their families. Agencies will be available to provide information about resources in Cook and Lake counties in areas such as:
- Advocacy/Family Services
- Educational & Transition Programs
- Employment
- Government Services
- Legal/Guardianship
- Health and Mental Health
- Independent Living and Residential Services
- Recreation
- Transportation
