Options Fair 2018 in Grayslake

A transition resource fair for professionals and individuals with special needs and their families.

The Options Fair is a transition fair for high school students and their families.  The goal of Options is to connect students and their families with resources that are essential for their future.  Organizations and local resources will be available in the areas of:  Educational Opportunities, Employment Services, Vocational Day Programs, Government Programs, Health Services, Legal Resources, Recreational Opportunities, Referral Sources and Information, Residential Programs, Transportation Resources.

UIC Division of Specialized Care for Children staff will also be on-hand to explain how we help youth and their families determine their readiness for the transition to adulthood and develop a plan for success.
