Moms Retreat 2023: “Relax, Relate, Release: Creating Space for Positivity and Self-Care!” in St. Charles
A free retreat for moms of children with special needs
Join Star Net Region V for its 2023 Moms Retreat: “Relax, Relate, Release: Creating Space for Positivity and Self Care!” on Aug. 12-13 at the Q Center in St. Charles.
The Star Net V team is ready to help moms create a space for positivity and self-care with other mothers of children with special needs.
Participants will have an opportunity to get rid of their tension and negative energy built up from everyday stress. Participants will leave feeling refreshed and ready to have a positive year with new tools to practice self-care and remove stress.
Activities will include:
- Yoga with guided meditation
- Personal massage
- Guided nature
- Courtyard games
- Art for a purpose and more
The retreat is free.
Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please cancel your reservation online before July 31 if you are unable to attend so that moms on the waiting list can attend.
