Mom’s Day Retreat in Carbondale
A free springtime retreat featuring laughs, learning and lunch for moms who have a child with disabilities
Join STAR NET Region IV, in collaboration with STAR NET Regions I & III and The Arc of Illinois, for Mom’s Day on March 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Come join other moms at this springtime retreat that’s taking a cue from Mother Nature to grow!
In a supportive environment and with Elizabeth Frisbie’s guidance, you’ll enjoy:
- Learning how to use a growth mindset to reach your personal goals
- Celebrating these plans through multimedia art-making
- Eating lunch with friends
Absolutely no artistic talent is needed. The event will provide all supplies.
