MDA Virtual Summer Camp – Central Time Zone Session

Free online program that brings the magic of camp to ages 8 to 19 virtually

The Muscular Dystrophy Association is not holding in-person summer camp programs in 2021 but providing virtual opportunities for the camp community.

MDA Virtual Camp is for campers with muscular dystrophy ages 8 to 19. The theme is “The Great Escape.”

The sessions are divided by the recommended area of the country. Campers may choose to attend any session, but the association recommends signing up for a session based on where you live in the country.

The Central Time Zone sessions are June 28 to July 1 and July 26-29.

Activities will include:

• Meeting new friends
• Arts and crafts
• STEM projects and more

The main “hub” of MDA Virtual Camp is an online message board platform, which will be available from about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Many activities will be fun for the camper to enjoy with their family.

There is no cost to participate.
