McHenry County’s Children’s Health and Safety Fair

Interactive health and safety fair includes school physicals, immunizations and dental exams.

The 27th annual Children’s Health and Safety Fair is open to the public and includes:

• Door prizes and entertainment
• School physicals – by appointment only, call (779) 220-9300
• Reduced-cost immunizations – Medicaid accepted, call (815) 334-4500
• Dental exams – Medicaid accepted

Staff from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Division of Specialized Care for Children’s Rockford Regional Office will also be there to explain how our programs can help the families of children with special healthcare needs connect to services and resources.

If you child is receiving immunizations, you must bring an updated shot record.  For more information, call (815) 334-4500.
