A free event for high school juniors and seniors with disabilities and their parents/caregivers

Join the McLean County Transition Planning Committee (TPC 14, Region 3) for the Mclean County Transition Fair on April 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Connect with local resources in the community at this free, open-house-style event.

High school juniors and seniors (through age 22) with disabilities and their families are welcome to attend.

Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) team members will be at the fair to explain our programs and services.
