Livingston County Transition Fair Open House in Pontiac
Free transition fair connecting parents of junior and senior high school students with disabilities to community resources
The Livingston County Transition Planning Committee (PTC) will host its “Transition Fair Open House” on March 12 from noon to 5 p.m.
Learn about the many transition to adulthood resources Livingston County has to offer for youth with disabilities.
Service, Inc. will provide two PUNS (Illinois Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services) presentations. Presentations will be at 12:30 and 4 p.m.
You can also get information and talk with representatives from a wide variety of organizations, including:
- The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS)
- MOSAIC
- Prairie State Legal Services
- Mid Central Community Action
- Illinois ABLE and more
The event is free and open to parents of junior and senior high school students up to age 22 with disabilities.
