The Southern Illinois Down Syndrome Support Group is hosting a “Let’s Make a Splash” 2018 kick-off event at Carbondale Super Splash Park on Aug. 4.

Families should RSVP on the event’s Facebook page by July 25 and add a comment with their total number of attendees.

The support group has reserved a covered pavilion for those who do not want to swim.
