Free opportunity to learn about available community health resources.

Metropolitan Family Services is hosting this free event at its Learning and Wellness Center, 5338 S. Loomis Blvd., in Chicago.

The event will include body fat analyses, fitness tests and blood pressure checks.

UIC Specialized Care for Children staff will also be there to speak to families about how we can support them and help connect their children with special healthcare needs to services and resources.
