LADSE Annual Transition Resource Fair

Free event for students and families preparing for the transition to adulthood.

The LaGrange Area Department of Special Education (LADSE) Transition Resource Fair is for students and families who would like more information about how to prepare for the transition to adulthood. It is scheduled for Nov. 15 at the Holiday Inn Countryside.

The event will provide educational materials and the opportunity to meet with representatives from local government, non-profit agencies, colleges, universities, community organizations, recreation and businesses.

Representatives from UIC’s Division of Specialized Care for Children will also be available to explain how we support youth and their families through the transition years.

The fair is free and open to the public.
