Joyful Music with Dan & Claudia Zanes – A Sensory-Friendly Event in Springfield

The University of Illinois Springfield Performing Arts Center is hosting “Joyful Music with Dan & Claudia Zanes – A Sensory-Friendly Event” on Feb. 27 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Join the party with Grammy Award winner Dan Zanes and Haitian-American jazz vocalist Claudia Zanes!

The duo will create a festive atmosphere with their mix of old and new songs from near and far. Their music style has been called “All-Ages Social Music.” It’s homespun, joyful, sophisticated and artful. Everyone will be dancing and singing along.

The performance is specially designed to offer a sensory-friendly experience in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
