Indoor Soccer Clinic for Youth with Hearing Loss
Free, indoor soccer clinic for children and youth who are deaf or hard of hearing
The Chicago Park District and Chicago Fire FC are hosting indoor soccer clinics for youth who are deaf or hard of hearing on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on:
- Jan. 8 and 22
- Feb. 5 and 19
- March 5 and 19
The free soccer clinics are open to youth ages 6 to 13 years old and will be held at McKinley Park, 2210 W. Pershing Road, in Chicago.
As a team, participants will learn the basic skills, rules and fundamentals of soccer through ball-handling, drills and close instruction. Skills will be taught in a friendly and fun way, emphasizing teamwork and fair play.
Participants are asked to bring their own shin guards and water and to attend dressed in appropriate sports attire.
