“IEP 101: Know Your Rights” Workshop in Rock Island

Learn how to advocate for students receiving special education services.

Parents and educators are invited to attend the Illinois/Iowa Center for Independent Living’s “IEP 101: Know Your Rights” workshop on Feb. 27 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Attendees will learn how to advocate for students receiving special education services and understand how and when to get free legal help.

Equip for Equality Special Education Clinic Staff Attorney Jessica Schneider will give the workshop.
