Huskies Belong STEAM Camp

A free camp and year-long connection for college-bound students with disabilities interested in careers in science, technology, engineering, art or math (STEAM)

Northern Illinois University (NIU) is hosting Huskies Belong STEAM Camp on July 16-24.

Join Huskies Belong participants from throughout Illinois on the NIU campus for activities that will include:

• Exploring STEAM careers
• Engaging in hands-on projects
• Testing out the college experience, staying and dining in campus residence halls
• Meeting new friends, college faculty and STEAM professionals

Then stay connected throughout the 2023-24 school year! Participants will experience a family fun day at NIU STEM Fest and support as you prepare for your transition to college.

The program is open to high school students graduating in 2024 who have a documented disability and who intend to go to college.
