Halloween Dance Party in Elmhurst

Free event with dancing and games for children over 12 and adults with special needs.

Special Kids Day is hosting a Halloween Dance Party  on Oct. 28 at Diplomat West.

Participants must be accompanied by an adult.

Costumes are optional, and no masks are allowed.
