Free Back-to-School Physicals in Springfield

Free back-to-school physicals for students in Sangamon County entering pre-k, kindergarten, sixth or ninth grade

Compass for Kids, Springfield Clinic and the Sangamon County Department of Public Health will provide back-to-school physicals on Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
