First Time PUNS Registration

Getting on the PUNS list means being notified when funding is available for needed services.

The Priority for Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) is a statewide database that records information about individuals with developmental disabilities who are potentially in need of services. The State uses the data to select individuals for services as funding becomes available, to develop proposals and materials for budgeting, and to plan for future needs.

If you’re in the Cicero area, make an appointment with Community Support Services to get help registering for the PUNS list.
