Free series of classes for new mothers on childbirth, baby care and feeding options

Join Clarity Women’s Care for its “First-Time Mom Workshop” on Oct. 9 from 5 to 6 p.m.  Workshops will meet each Monday evening through Oct. 23.

Local doula Theresa Koenig will lead the workshops.

Topics will include:

  • Childbirth
  • Baby care
  • Feeding options
